As a settled project, the industrialization of intelligent loading (unloading) system and products is a strategic project formed by our company after full investigation, and it is the key development direction in the next 10 years. The project team summarizes the key technologies of loading requirements, builds key technical modules, concentrates the core team to break through the key technologies of loading, matches and integrates key modules, and successfully develops the corresponding loading equipment. The project uses vision systems and laser sensors to assist in locating vehicles and related dimensions, and establishes a product stacking database in the loading area through data calculation. The central controller transmits the stacking model data to the on-site controller through the connection of the background communication protocol. Through the received data packets, the control equipment executes the specified stacking action to accurately complete the loading process, and the site or control room is equipped with an electronic billboard to display the vehicle and online loading information in real time.

The project solves a variety of problems in the current automated loading industry: it is suitable for a variety of vehicle models, and does not need to be modified or installed on the vehicle; online, transit, with or without a loading platform; it can be loaded and unloaded with or without pallets ; Can realize a variety of information transmission, can access MES management system.
